Ever-Green Energy is a recognized leader in energy conservation and the use of renewable energy. Our mission is to develop, own and operate efficient energy systems that benefit our customers, communities and the environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join an exceptional company as a Senior Engineer located in St. Paul, MN. In this role you will provide technical support to a wide range of energy projects for existing energy production facilities and distribution systems, and consulting services for new and existing systems. In addition, you will provide technical support to the marketing and sales process for prospective customers.

Essential duties include: (1) performing studies, analyses, design, implementation and engineering management activities for new and existing district heating and cooling production and distribution facilities, including combined heat and power and thermal storage. Projects include upgrades, modifications, retrofits, performance improvements, and replacements; (2) Performing studies, analyses and design oversight for customer building HVAC interconnections to district energy systems; (3) Providing technical assistance to customers to troubleshoot performance issues, and improve energy efficiency: (4) Assisting with preparing proposals and presentations to existing customers and potential clients as part of obtaining new business: and (5) supervising technical staff on a variety of projects.

The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program and be currently eligible for employment in the United States. Registered professional engineer preferred. Ten+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated success with energy projects required.

Additional skills include strong engineering skills, solid working knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, proficiency with MS Office, outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills, self-starter who likes to work on a variety of engineering assignments. Must be capable of maneuvering throughout industrial facilities such as energy plants and building HVAC mechanical rooms, etc. Some travel may be required.
